Do builders pay to be listed?
No. No builder pays to be listed or to move up a list. If we ever offer featured spots, they'll be clearly labelled, and you never pay us anything.
How often are the lists updated?
Each list shows when it was last updated. Google ratings refresh twice a month, and licences and contact details are rechecked whenever a list is reviewed.
Should I still check a builder's licence myself?
